What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order is delayed, we recommend following these steps before contacting us:
1. Check the status of your order using the tracking number provided in your purchase confirmation email.
2. If the tracking indicates a delay, check if there is a problem with the shipping address or if there have been failed delivery attempts.
3. Check if you received a delivery notification from the courier. Sometimes packages may be held at a local distribution center, and you may need to make arrangements for their delivery.

Is there a warranty?
We offer a warranty on our products under the following conditions:
1. If MOLTO CORPORATION ships an incorrect product or if the product has quality defects, we will exchange the product and cover the shipping costs. However, shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. To request an exchange due to quality defects, the customer must return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The customer must also return the defective product to an address provided by MOLTO CORPORATION for evaluation to determine if a full refund is eligible.
3. To make a warranty claim, the customer must submit a claim request by email to moltocorporation@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to +57 304 2186590. All necessary instructions for the claim process will be provided.
It is important to note that product returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- When the customer requests an incorrect size, color, or model.
- Once the shipping receipt for the product has been received and signed and the product has been verified.
- Products that have been used or altered by the customer.
- After the warranty has expired.
- Products on sale or at a reduced price cannot be exchanged.
- Products delivered more than 5 business days ago.
- The products are not in their original packaging.
- When the garment has been mishandled during use or washing by the customer, as specified on the generic labels.
How can I care for the t-shirts?
To ensure your shirts stay in optimal condition, we recommend following these care instructions:
Hand wash t-shirts in cold or warm water with mild detergent.
Avoid using bleach or other harsh chemicals that can damage the fabric.
Do not wring or twist the shirts when washing or wringing them out. Gently squeeze out excess water and let them dry in the shade.
Avoid using an iron on garments. If necessary, you can iron them inside out at a low temperature.
